The problem

Ads were sending people to a website built to serve everyone, so most of the paid traffic went nowhere.

How I helped

A dedicated landing page matched to the ad, with a qualifying quiz in front of the booking.

Deliverables

  • Landing page written around one offer
  • Video sales message matching the ad creative
  • Real client before-and-after results
  • Two conversion paths — pricing, or the qualifying quiz
  • Facebook ad campaigns built, launched and monitored

The outcome

Ad clicks turn into booked calls, and the calls arrive already qualified.

The full story

Project overview

After building the main Rasan Fitness website, the next challenge was turning paid advertising traffic into potential clients.

Rasan’s organic content was already attracting attention on social media. To reach more people, we launched Facebook ad campaigns promoting one specific coaching offer.

Rather than sending paid traffic to the main website, I built a dedicated landing page and funnel designed around that offer and the audience coming from the ads.

The challenge

The main Rasan Fitness website was designed for different types of visitors — people comparing plans, learning about Rasan and exploring the coaching.

Paid traffic is different.

Someone clicking a Facebook ad has already seen a specific message and expects the landing page to continue that conversation. Sending them to a general website creates extra decisions and distractions.

The landing page needed to do one thing well: turn interested ad viewers into qualified leads and booked calls.

My approach

I built a dedicated landing page specifically for the Facebook advertising campaign, with one offer, one message and a clear path to take the next step.

The page starts with the same type of video used in the ads, creating a consistent experience from the first click.

From there, it explains the coaching, introduces Rasan, shows real client results and answers the main questions a potential client may have before booking.

I also built a simple funnel where visitors could either go directly to pricing or complete a qualifying quiz before booking a call.

Key decisions

Decision Why it mattered
Dedicated landing page Paid traffic gets one focused message and one clear goal, without the distractions of a full website.
Video-first design The ads used video, so continuing with video on the landing page created a stronger connection between the ad and the page.
Two conversion paths People ready to buy could view pricing immediately, while others could take the quiz before booking a call.
Qualifying quiz The quiz helped identify people who were a better fit for the coaching before they reached the booking stage.
Punjabi-first messaging The ads and landing page were written for the audience Rasan actually coaches, creating a more relevant experience from ad click to enquiry.

What I built

  • Dedicated landing page for one fitness coaching offer
  • Video sales message matching the Facebook ad creative
  • Clear explanation of the six foundations of the coaching method
  • Real client before-and-after results
  • Three-step explanation of the coaching journey
  • Direct pricing CTA for visitors ready to buy
  • Qualifying quiz for visitors who needed more information
  • Booking flow for qualified leads
  • Facebook ad campaigns built, launched and monitored

The results

The main Facebook video campaign generated 29 booked leads at an average cost of $23.86 per lead, from $692.05 in ad spend and 41,820 impressions.

A second campaign using a 1% lookalike audience produced 3 leads at $60.92 each. Comparing the two campaigns showed that the original audience and creative were producing better results, allowing the budget to be moved towards what was working.

The leads were booked or qualified calls, not confirmed coaching sales, so the real business result depends on how many of those calls became clients.

The qualifying quiz that sits behind most of the CTAs became an important part of the funnel, and has its own write-up: the custom quiz and lead qualification app.

Common questions

Why not send ad traffic to my homepage?

A homepage has to serve everyone — existing customers, people comparing services, someone looking for your phone number. Paid traffic arrives with one specific expectation set by the ad, and a homepage answers it slowly if at all. A landing page picks up exactly where the ad left off and asks for one thing, which is why the same ad spend usually converts several times better against one.

What makes a landing page convert paid traffic?

Message match first: the page must visibly continue the ad that brought someone there, or they bounce within seconds. After that it is proof, a single clear action, and removing everything else — no navigation, no competing links, nothing to wander off to. The page should be answerable in one scroll and end in one decision.

Should I qualify leads before booking a call?

If your time is the product, yes. An unqualified call costs you the same half hour as a good one, and paid traffic brings volume that makes that expensive quickly. A few questions in front of the booking filters out people you cannot help and means the calls you do take start with the context already gathered.

How much should a lead from Facebook ads cost?

It depends entirely on what you sell and what a lead is worth to you, so treat any benchmark with suspicion. The useful question is not whether a lead costs $20 or $60, but what share of leads become customers and what a customer is worth. A $60 lead is cheap for a $500 product and ruinous for a $50 one.
