The problem

The full story
Project overview
Rasan Fitness is an online fitness coaching business run by Rasandeep Singh, a personal trainer in New Zealand with eight years of experience and more than 2,500 clients.
Rasan’s coaching is built specifically for Punjabi clients, with personalised meal plans based around familiar foods and coaching available in Punjabi.
He already had an audience on social media. The problem was turning that attention into paying clients.
The challenge
People were watching Rasan’s content and sending messages, but many of those conversations never became sales.
Every potential client had to ask the same questions: What does it cost? What’s included? Will it work? How do I join?
The website needed to answer those questions before someone sent a message, show real client results and give people a simple way to book or pay when they were ready.
My approach
I researched the fitness coaching market and looked at where existing websites were making it difficult for potential clients to make a decision.
Many competitors hid their pricing behind enquiry forms and relied heavily on motivational content. I took the opposite approach: clear pricing, real results and straightforward answers.
The website was designed to move someone from discovering Rasan through social media to understanding the coaching, seeing the proof, and becoming a client without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Key decisions
| Decision | Why it mattered |
|---|---|
| Publish the prices | Clear pricing helps potential clients understand the offer before making contact and reduces repetitive price enquiries. |
| Lead with the Punjabi niche | Punjabi coaching and familiar food choices are a genuine point of difference, so the website speaks directly to the audience Rasan serves best. |
| Real client results | Genuine before-and-after transformations provide the proof potential clients need before investing in coaching. |
| Direct online checkout | Clients can purchase a coaching plan immediately instead of waiting for a conversation or manual payment process. |
| Windcave payment integration | Integrated the Windcave payment gateway so clients can securely pay for their coaching plan directly through the website. |
| Book a clarity call | Potential clients can book a call themselves without waiting for messages to be exchanged back and forth. |
What I built
- New logo and brand identity for Rasan Fitness
- Conversion-focused fitness coaching website
- Dedicated pricing page with three coaching plans and trust elements built in for conversion
- Real client before-and-after results
- Content addressing common questions and objections
- Direct online checkout for coaching plans
- Windcave payment gateway integration
- Self-service clarity call booking
- WhatsApp contact throughout the website
- Website structure designed around Rasan’s Punjabi fitness coaching niche
The results
In the first month, 10+ coaching plans were sold through the website.
The bigger change was how people moved from interest to becoming a client. Instead of answering the same questions repeatedly through social media messages, Rasan could send one link that explained the plans, showed real results and allowed people to take the next step themselves.
The website now works alongside his social media content as part of the sales process — turning attention into enquiries, bookings and payments.
The next stage is creating dedicated landing pages for individual coaching offers, allowing future campaigns to send people to pages built specifically around each offer.
Common questions
I get plenty of followers but few clients. What fixes that?
Usually somewhere to send them. Social platforms are built to hold attention, not to close a sale — there is no room to explain what you offer, show proof, answer objections and take payment. A website does all four in one place, which is why an audience that seems to go nowhere often converts as soon as there is a proper destination for it.
Should I put my prices on the website?
For most coaching and service businesses, yes. Hiding prices filters out people who would have bought as well as people who would not, and it costs you the ones who simply will not ask. Published prices also mean the enquiries you do get are from people already comfortable with the number.
Can people pay for a coaching plan on the site?
Yes. Plans can be bought on the spot by card, so someone convinced at eleven at night does not have to wait for a reply to a message. That gap between deciding and paying is where most coaching sales are lost.
How long does a website like this take to build?
For a focused site like this one — homepage, pricing and checkout — two to four weeks is realistic. Most of that is content rather than build time: the site needs your offer written down clearly, real photos and genuine results, and those decide the timeline far more than the design does.
